Ein faszinierender Wein, der ein anregendes Aromenspiel von schwarzen Früchten, Kirsche, Tabak und reifen Brombeeren am Gaumen vollzieht. Der Nachhall zeigt ein kräftiges Rückgrat mit präsentem Tannin. Kein Wunder, dass bei solcher Klasse der San Román eine Beliebtheit ohne Gleichen erfährt! Die späte Ernte erfolgt im Spätherbst, um den Trauben die ideale Reifezeit zu gewähren. Die Abfüllung in die Flasche erfolgte nach der 24-Monatigen Reifung in alten französichen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern. Absolutely love this Helsin 3-Tier Industrial Pipe Shelf! Looked great in home office. Easy to assemble and not too difficult to install. Hardest part was measuring and getting two shelf sets to align properly on the wall but would have been super easy with just one. Will need a drill for the anchors.
