The album went on to be certified as gold on November 4, 2003 and as platinum on March 24, 2006 by the RIAA. Three singles were released from the album, "Weak and Powerless", which topped both the Mainstream Rock Tracks and Modern Rock Tracks, followed by "The Outsider" and "Blue", which also charted on the respective charts.

I should have read the label more carefully

This seems to be a quality product, and I was initially happy to see that this is a one capsule dose (the main reason I ordered this brand). I was also pleased that the capsule size is small, especially compared to most fish oil capsules. What I wasn’t so happy about is the fairly minimal amount of Omega-3’s in each capsule (thus the smaller size). My bad - I should have looked at the label more carefully before ordering. I guess a person could take 3 or 4 a day to up the dosage, but that wouldn’t seem to be very cost effective.

Jaw breaker redesigned
