In addition, this LED bulkhead is designed to be hardwearing and water-resistant, ensuring continuous illumination and safety outdoors. It is IP65-rated, meaning it will not short-circuit or malfunction even if jets and splashes of water come into contact with the lights, and it is IK08-rated, meaning it can withstand severe damage if dropped or damaged.
This LED Polo Bulkhead is designed to be versatile. It offers access to cool white, natural white, and warm white LED colours in one fixture. Through the small toggle switch, you can select your preferred LED colour.
Installation is straightforward for this lighting solution. The front part is twist-to-lock, making it easy to access the gear tray without twisting any screws. The wiring terminals have quick connectors, speeding up the process.
The LED bulkhead light is perfect for any traditional, modern, retro, or rustic aesthetic. It can be mounted in hallways, patios, garages, warehouses, offices, and retail spaces.
Furthermore, this LED bulkhead light is equipped with a Merrytek-branded Microwave Sensor, which allows the fixture to switch on and off automatically when it senses movement. It also has dip switches on the internal microwave sensor, enabling you to customise the time the light stays switched on and the sensor's detection range/sensitivity. The minimum time the light remains switched on is 5 seconds, and the maximum is 30 minutes.
The bulkhead fitting also offers multi-wattage options, with 12w producing 1080 lumens and 18w producing 1620 lumens.
