A2 milk is a natural version of cow's milk that is free of the A1 protein, which some people find difficult to digest.

2. Is your ghee certified organic?

We promote ethical animal care and organic nutrition, however, we are not yet certified organic owing to a lack of certified organic Gir cow milk.

3. How should I keep my ghee?

Ghee should be stored in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. It will naturally solidify at ambient temperature but will dissolve with light warmth.
