Aangevuld met optrekoefeningen (pull ups en chin ups) en buikspieroefeningen (sit ups, crunches) zijn deze oefeningen in principe ruim voldoende om kracht op te bouwen.

  • De halterstang bestaat uit drie delen en kan worden gedemonteerd en opgeborgen. 
 

NB Deze Gyronetics halterset bestaat uit halterschijven met opening van circa 25 mm en halterstangen met doorsnee 25 mm. Deze maat wijkt af van het reguliere assortiment van Gorilla Sports dat bestaat uit 30 mm / 50 mm schijven en stangen.
