All items are available for Local pickup and inspection from our new physical shop Collectors Quest - located at 57 Beetham Parade in Rosanna, Melbourne, Australia. (Free Parking is available in front of the store, the Rosanna Train Station and the Rosanna Woolworths) 

This is preferred as to ensure you are happy with your purchase as well as potential discounts due to us saving on post but we offer free postage on all items.

We often state the condition of items when they go up for sale e.g. we may say Mint Disc. In these instances, we are generally referring to the area of the disc where game data is stored. It may be that it has come from the factory like this or it could be that we have resurfaced the disc using the best resurfacing machine on the market. If you have questions about disc condition specifics please contact us before purchase.

We cannot accept returns on items that have unredeemed codes such as DLC (downloadable content) or other such codes unless there is an issue with other parts of the item but the codes must be unredeemed. Please assume all redeemable codes have been used unless otherwise specified.

If you have items or a collection you’d like to sell, we are buying! We are mainly after Video Games, Toys, Cards and Collectables. Please send us a message with how much you were after for your items and a picture/s.

We work hard to make sure people are satisfied with their purchases and rarely have issues but if you do upon receiving anything or if an item hasn’t arrived yet, please contact us about it rather than leaving negative feedback or opening a case so we can resolve the issue.

We are very detailed in all our listings and provide lots of photos which also make up part of the description so please view them thoroughly before purchase. Please feel free to email us with any questions!

Shipping to regional or more remote regions of Australia may attract a higher cost for postage, particularly if an item is larger, so please ask before purchase as we cannot always post to these places for free/stated postage.

We do post internationally so please message us regarding this if you reside overseas before purchasing. If postage costs are a little higher than standard, then we will usually wear any additional costs unless it is much higher, then we may request the extra which we think is fair and reasonable.
